Ok this picture is wrong on sooo many levels.

Basically my friend is taking a parasitology class, and there happened to be this photograph of a man who's testicles were GROTESQUELY swollen from a parasitic worm that causes Elephantitus (well its called something else when its not in a limb, but i can't remember). So we were talking about how the poor guy could possibly walk around, and well yea... there ya go.

The other goofy thing is that the monocle chain is attached to a nipple piercing.

This wasn't a serious work, but I liked it- its very political.
