Due to time constraints, among other factors, I was unable to do the army version of Sid. Instead! I did his casual version. Weee! Eventually I will get the army version done, but for now here's a quick head shot I took of the final product! Yay! It's too bad you can't see the contacts very well. They're white XD and awesome. Make-up, cosplay, and picture taken/done by meeee~(also, I apologize for the graininess of the picture... such is the result of bad hotel lighting <_<)

yeah, i went ahead and looked it up XD i'm on the border of Wisconsin and Illinois, on the IL side, haha. but every con I go to, besides ACen, is out of state, so there's still a possibility. i'll see what's up in October, though

That looked fun, I love cosplays that involve epic face makeup or tattoos. Did you just paint your face or your arms too?

i had the arms painted, too! and hands @_@ luckily the makeup was epic and didn't rub off

it's a ben nye product XD two of them are intended as sweat-proof, talc-based facial foundation for pro theatre productions, spirit blue and cadaver grey (i love the names XD) and the last one is a talc/oil based sweat-proof body paint intended more for children's face painting. the brand is still ben nye, but it was the only one i could find to make the kind of blue i needed~ (i mixed it with the blue spirit as my base in order to get the right shade, weee!)

Oooo, I've heard a lot of good things about the ben nye products. I've never tried them myself yet though lol Its really cool and I like how it turned out, well done :3

n_n ty~! and all of the ben nye that i've tried has been awesome. never been disappointed by it! there's another product similar to this one that's sweat-proof, (a mehron one) but it's all oil based ndfjkdsnj so it's reaaally gross on your skin ;_; the good thing about this one, though, was since it was talc based it didn't do that XD my complexion was still fine, and it didn't really even dry my skin out, hehe.. (with the exception of my lips, but that's only to be expected since it wasn't designed for them. good news, though, it didn't have a weird taste! XD)
