Gym districts: where people can workout to their hearts contents.
Club districts: for strippers pleasures' drinks and sex
Development districts: to make the booze equipment's clothes and weapons/tools.
Oasis districts: a spa, hot springs, and all that green nature
the middle orb is a battle doom for wrestling or just an all out brawl where the win drains half the of the opponents muscle mass.

Also the one with symbols. those are colonies, with it's own atmosphere, ocean, continents etc.

The giant arms open doors to other dimensions dead world or a world that the Moruko and his daughter taken over. Absorbing their resources and adding to the "apex rift" making it grow bigger for more inhabits to live one.
