there's something incongruous here. i don't know. i think it's the colors. the browns of the flaky cup the nuts and sauce seem seperated from the cool clearness of the sugar garnish on top. really looks like it would be great to eat though with all the different textures there.

thats the best way to have a dessert, you want contrasting textures, flavors and colors
