a pear crisp, spiced pears and carmalized brown sugar on top of a layer of strusal (spelling), WIth caramel sauce and caramelized honey ice cream, and a dried mint leaf.... unfortunantly this has not turned out how i wanted it too and it needs work i shouldn't have rushed making this
i apologize to all those who enjoy my work, i know i can do better and will make a better dish to compansate for this ones appearence

I enjoy it still, because it looks home-y, like something my mother would have made. She's FANTASTIC in the kitchen, so that's a feather in your hat.
