i've never heard of sesame chocolate before. sounds really interesting. i love the star pattern on the souffle. the pumpkin is pretty uniformly shaped, which is kind of surprising considering it's not machine made. it looks like a really nice fall piece. lot of components, but they all fit together nicely. ... just as an aside, i'm enjoying looking at your pictures, but they're all so HUGE. for someone who has her setting on full view, it's hard to appreciate images this big since you have to scroll one way and the other to try to get the whole image. so maybe you could make the images smaller before uploading in future? a thought.

my pics are loaded her right after uploading from my cam so not much time to get them smaller, at least not without sacrificing quality

They all look lovely, but I'd love to know what they are. It is so much easier to drool when I can imagine the flavours and aromas!

sesame chocolate is chocolate sause combined with sesame oil, it has a distinct taste and kind of tricky to make only bc the taste of sesame oil is rather strong so if u use too much its overpowering but when used right it comes out w/ an interesting taste

OK... I know a steamed persimmon pudding that might work on... I'll give it a try sometime.
Thanks
