Creme Caramel, a Baba Au Rhum ( a dessert i created at work i am proud of it)
a Kaisersharren (spelling on that one i am unsure of) , and a Creme Brulee

Kaiserschmarrn is the spelling, also a German word (Austrian to be precise).

If you presented those to me, I'd have a hard time choosing which one to eat, they all look great! And that butterfly which features in several of your sweets is just cute :]

ahh finally i couldn't get my boss to remember that one, i forgot the proper way to spell it and he wasn't any help lol
