a somehow "not-that-dots" fractal, I'd say. This is quite different from your usual artworks, and even if I already saw a similar use of colours on dark background in your gallery, here it has a completely stranger effect. It's both positive and negative in my opinion: I wish it was more ordinate and clean like your usual images, without "random" overlapping of shapes and patterns, but at the same time I like this "radiography" feeling, so uncommon and interesting.
Also, very nice choice to keep the blue spirals so chromatically detatched from the coffee-yellow-greenish background and surroundings. They really catch the eye and avoid the "invert" photoshop filter effect

I feel your pain...we have a stray that prefers the company of our dog over us. The fractal purrfectly reflects the prickly nature of feline ownership
