Thank you. I think it would be fun to illustrate a steampunk story...

Thank you. Yes, the hands were added quickly and somewhat carelessly. It was a doodle done in about 45 minutes. But one thing I've learned is that it's not good to neglect portions of a drawing at the expense of others...to a critical eye, it's always noticeable, and detracts from the work as whole.

Is the driver having technical difficulties? This contraption looks powerful enough to mow down a herd of dinosaurs...if they were still around to be mowed down. I think for something completely random, you ended up making a somewhat technical piece, since it involves lots of basic shapes and refinement of those shapes.
I don't know if you've realized it or not, but many of your pictures, random or not, have to do with eyeballs. Are you aware of this?

You're welcome. Regardless of what I'm faving, there's always a reason for it.

I can imagine a mass-production line of this guy. If this is the prototype, I wonder what the final production model is like.

Thank you...I'm glad you like it. I'm afraid the "concept" wasn't planned at all...it just sort of happened.

most of the time it is the case, especially when you are 'in the zone', the piece just turns out lovely.

This made my day. I love this. I wonder, is the man small or is the head big?

Thanks! I think the head is big, but I guess it's open to interpretation. What are you doing awake?

That's really amazing. About how big was this in real life?
What am I doing awake?
Playing games...

oh you mean how big was the drawing? 8.5 x 11. It's my standard crappy sketchbook I bring to flute lessons.

Oh, okay. I can't really do large ballpoint doodles, I don't know why.
