Thats a widgetlocker theme, the statusbar is called "BK's Status_bar_time, Date_weather2" UCCW skin by BRKotucs

But I can't share the icons and searchbar because are bound to the buzz launcher theme, and the theme creator from where I got them doesn't want to share the name of the icon pack, but you can search in buzz launcher themes there are many themes that use those icons

Nope, but its easy:

1 Make a backup
2 Open your uxylon rom .zip using winrar, go to \system\framework and you will find framework-res.apk, double clic and winrar will open it, dont close anything
3 Go to framework-res.apk\res\drawable-xhdpi
4 Rename the orb image as ic_lockscreen_handle_normal.png and drag it to that winrar window (framework-res.apk\res\drawable-xhdpi)
5 Click ok, and yes or ok
6 Flash your rom and gapps etc

If you are using a Theme:
1 Rename the orb to frameworks_res_ic_lockscreen_handle_normal.png
2 Open the theme.apk with winrar, drag the png to Theme.apk\res\drawable-nodpi AND to Theme.apk\res\drawable-xhdpi
3 Sign your theme using one_click_signer or any other signer tool
4 Install it
