a very fresh idea, and a nice variation on the old "mirror portrait" cliche. very carefully positioned, and a staggering visual effect. i would have probably just done two shots and blended them like this in post production...but to get them in the original shot like you did (at least i'm assuming that's what you did) is most commendable.

I just have to analyze this psychologically. I mean, you're looking in the mirror, but you see a reflection of your friend in it rather than yourself. It seems to beg for it. It makes me wonder whether you think you and your friend have similar personalities, or if you think about him a lot. I guess it's a testament to the closeness of your friendship. I don't read any homosexual undertones into this, however, because of the pose you take. It seems like you're shrugging into yourself while spunefed is challenging the onlooker as he looks out of the reflection. From that, I interpret that it is spunefed that has the dominant personality when you two are together. I'm wondering who you would give the spectral quality to. If it is yourself, I think that my interpretation is fairly accurate. But if you were to give it to both subjects, I think I'd have to see it to figure that out. The bathroom setting gives it quite a private feel. As if I've spied something that I shouldn't be seeing. I think that's part of the reason why I had to look at it psychologically.

I dunno why but that's a really funny picture. But you must got some good selection skills. The shadows are blended well and Frank looks scary as hell. "With both of us in the back seat....who the hell is driving?"
