All my top ships and featuring Explanations too!!!Only 1/3 are heterosexual again XD But the [pony population has to be at-least 70% female, so that should be expected ^^]

1. TwiLuna {Twilight Sparkle & Princess Luna}
Frankly, Everypony knows about Twilight's girl-crush on Celestia. I think it'd be cute if her sister Luna had a crush on Twilight, the only pony that knew about her coming back and later the only one who wasn't scared of her on Nightmare Night.
2. DoctorDerp {Derpy Hooves & Doctor Whooves}
I enjoy their wacky adventures and think an innocent ship is fun!
3. OctaScratch {Octavia Pie & Vinyl Scratch/ DJ P0N-3}
Allegreza.....that fanfic made them..
4. DisLestia (Discord & Princess Celestia}
I like these two as a past-romance kinda thing, like they were dating, had a falling-out and Celestia turned him into stone kinda relationship...YOU KNOW THE ONE!!!
5. NeCora { Me & Zecora}
AlRIIIIGHT ... I don't actually ship me and Zecora...I just wanted an excuse to draw her xD
6. AppleDash and FlutterDash { AppleJack & RainbowDash or FlutterShy & RainbowDash}
Heheee..this.... well, I don't really ship them in the show, due to me not really wanting Rainbow to be cannonly lesbian thinking hasbro wouldn't DARE touch THAT controversy
But, I like her by shipping standards.. First, I shipped Rainbow and AppleJack because of their competitive nature, I thought they'd be a really fights-a-lot couple. THEN, I thought about Rainbow and Fluttershy..like how they have some history and I like how Rainbow, the tom-boy, acts really sweeter to Fluttershy, but then again, everypony acts nice to Fluttershy ^^7. 8. CheriMac {Cherilee & Big Macintosh}
I liked the episode with them getting close to married xD
Plus, I like them together better than Fluttermac, hehe, (I know I'm going to get some hate mail for saying that)

LyraBon {Lyra Heartstrings & BonBon}FINALLY THIS SHIP!!!!!!!!THIS SHIP!!!!!!!!!!!These two are perfect, background ponies that the fandom created out-of-nothing. The pairing can't possible hurt the show, I looove the personalities the fans created and fan-fic and the fan-canons!! Whether Lyra has a complex with being human or BonBon is a traveling voice actress, its all amazing! These two will always be the best ship on this show. Not to mention they keep me distracted from shipping any of the mane six xD

I haven't thought too much on it, there's just generally less stallions in the show. BUUUUT, I would have too say that I think I like shipping Prince Blue-Blood with, idk, either Shining Armor (i know he's married, but whatev) or maybe even Big Mac. Only because I like shipping jerks with nice guys. Nice contrast.

#1 I never thought of that, but it actually kind of makes sense. I don't really see it happening though.

Ah, blissful ignorance. Unfortunately, unless there is a sudden huge revolution happening anytime soon, we won't be seeing any yaoi or yuri ships being canonized. If MLP dares to even mention that anything other than heterosexuality even exists, the conservative right will pounce on it and they will be taken off the air faster than you could say "I just don't know what went wrong!". Just remember what happened with Derpy. It's ridiculous shit, but it does happen.

Fun fact: I actually thought Rainbow Dash was the last character that should be shipped, settling down with someone just isn't in her character. Then later I find out that she's being shipped with everyone. >.<
Of course, but all those cartoons are geared towards a slightly older audience, plus they have a cult following backing them up, so they get to do that. MLP being a little kids' show, I doubt they would be allowed to say so much as "Some girls fall in love with other girls" without being showered in molotov cocktails. But maybe some day some show will do it, it would help a lot of kids who might feel completely alone and hopeless. It's good to know someone intends to make efforts to that effect.

Yeah, my hopes is for Adventure Time, actually.
It's audience is pretty varied (teens and kids seem to enjoy it, alike), and the whole "Sugarless Gum" fan pairing is just amazing!
They had an episode where the pairing sorta-almost happened, at least by fan-speculating.\
So, I'm crossing my fingers on that regard!
