Got a question, there is a character tournament coming up at Arlong Park forums. Barto will be one of the charas running. Would you take offence if someone posted this pic in the forum as part of their campaign run for the character?

Oh un-authorized 'edits' is one of the biggest forms of art theft here at DA. It is rarer in One Piece fandom but still happens.
I've notified two artists(and the mods) about certain pieces featuring Usopp(one per each) that have stolen multiple times. One piece has been used without the author's permission at least three times. They usually change the background, or make it into a signature.
That's why I like at least try to ask people if I can post their art on a different site. Some authors are nearly impossible to contact (some don't sign on except every other month...or longer)
