Bullseye was the Classic expansion set's 8 Fighting Character. First off, I don't care how good of a marksman you are, that skill alone doesn't equal an 8. Bullseye is definitely outclassed by every 8 Fighting Character I've posted so far (Cap, Wolvie, Taskmaster, and Iron Fist), but he does give Daredevil a lot of trouble, sitting comfortably at 7 Fighting . And just because Bullseye is so Fighting-focused doesn't mean he's a moron. The 2 Intellect had to go (seriously you guys, way too many Legacy Characters got shortchanged in that department). And the 4 Energy? For what? He sometimes employs guns and explosives, but Bullseye's always been far more partial to thrown weapons. Unexpectedly deadly ones at that, which is where his snazzy new Inherent Ability comes into play. And like the Mandarin and Black Manta before him, his first-name-only Identity gets eschewed.
