Heh, if you did a doubletake to see if the Disney logo was in the corner, then my art skills really have improved.
It's blurry cause it's Ov running (also explains the 'scrunched up' appearance of the body), and it's how he'd look on the series. Ovni (C) Me

Yeah. Unfortunately, I don't have Toon Disney... XP But my cousins do, and they invited me over once for the Bigtime Alien Roundup thing they had before showing Leroy and Stitch.

Yeah. They're both obscessed with me. Their ten-year-old twins, and they beg for me to stay longer no matter how long I've already been there, and they fight about who I get to play with first and second and third and so on. At first it was cute, but then it just got really annoying.

XD nonono, he's supposed to look like that on the series...after all, not all of them are done the same way. Otherwise, the filler-people would be drawn similarly to the main-er people characters (Cobra, David, Nani, Lilo, that one dude, Moses, that one lady, Ms. Hasawasaki-whatchamacallher)

To be honest, it's better and worse than the TV in different areas that makes it look very different from the series to me... it's got better attention to detail, but the series has thicker, smoother lines... and his limbs and tail are a bit long.
I do like the 'punch' TV effect.

thanks! A good way to make it look screencapture-y is to use the wind tool if you have one, it makes it more pixel-y like it is on TV
