As a kid, I kept wondering what happened to the show, it just completely disappeared along with Green Lantern and Young Justice without warning.
This is when action cartoons were slowly dying and the cartoon network went to pot with a select few gems in it.

Recently, I've read the plans for what S2 was going to have and I have mixed to and positive feelings towards it.
The only thing I was kinda against was Lion-O ending up with Wilykit...ADULT Wilykit. Or teen, IDK, the show wasn't very clear with ages, it's just assumed that Lion-O's in his late teens.
Anyways, Lion-O gets locked in stasis somehow and returns a few years later where everyone is older and he became an uncle during his absence. Maybe it could've worked, no telling.
But what I really wanted to see was how they'd tackle the humans of 3rd Earth, they were going to have a samurai character introduced. That would've been awesome.

In closing, remake shows of my gen just get little to no respect, and it's a shame a lot of them that cancelled too soon will never get a proper conclusion.
