Description
Kleio sighed in boredom, nothing worse than being stuck in camp watching a sleeping kit and knowing others were out getting some hunting done. She wished her ribs would stop hurting, they already felt loads better than they had at first but still, moving was hard and their was no way she could fight yet. Soon she told herself hopefully.My assignment for #EmpiresBeforeClans

Kleio yawned, "some of the others are already after him as we speak, seems like they have a big plan to catch him and a couple others. Didn't catch many details before they left,

"I see....well, I'll allow them on their little crusade. If anything it will probably further persuade Valon to take up my offer."

Cosette smirked and flicked her bangs. "I plan to make use of an old forgotten right. Do something nobody expects in the least."

"I would tell you, but unfortunately we've been having issues with spies." She shrugged and sat down next to her sister.

Kleio nodded, "that's fine, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't dying of curiosity though" she laughed and flinched a little because of her ribs, then strokes the sleeping kit beside her.

Cosette laughed a little, than faced her sister. "Kleio, come and take a walk with me. I'm sure Mills can handle the little ones."

Kleio glanced at the kit, then at her sister, "Alright," she said and stood up carefull not to wake the little fluffy kitten

Cosette slowly started leading her off in one direction, heading towards the big rocks at the edge of the Lowlands.

Kleio fallowed, careful not to hurt her ribs

Cosette stopped when they made it to the large rocks. "I have something to show you." She said. "But you must not tell anyone else, understand?"

she nodded instantly, "of course" she replied before even giving herself time to consider what it might be

Cosette nodded and started walking around the rock wall until she found a little. Crag, big enough for a sand cat to crawl through. "Follow." She told Kleio before squeezing into the crag.

Kleio carefully wend through, being sure not to rub her still aching ribs on the sides

At the end of the tunnel, you could see brilliant sunlight. Cosette crawled out the exit and stepped out into her destination. It was a wide, beautiful meadow, filled with green grass and wild flowers. It smelled divine. There was a crumbling ancient structure as well, covered in ivy that had grown over it. The whole space was surrounded by a thick wall of shady trees. There were also a great many rose bushes near the ruins.

Kleio's eyes widened, "I've never been here before! why doesnt anyone know about it?" ((assuming thats the secret))

"No one else is small enough to make it through the rocks." Cosette smiled tiredly. "I discovered it soon after I became leader. It has since been my secret refuge." You could tell she was more at ease here. Her shoulders were relaxed and her normally tense muscles were relaxed.

Kleio smiled and looked around but she wondered why Cosette showed it to her, they may be sisters but they hadn't known each other long. It didnt matter though, Kleio was happy to see her sister relaxed and enjoying herself.

"This place is you and I's secret now. You may come whenever you wish." Cosette turned and began padding off towards the ruins.

Kleio smiled from ear to ear and padded after her

Cosette yawned and settled down in her favorite spot in front of the old structure, where it was warm and sunny but not too far from the sweet shade of the trees. The delicate aroma of wildflowers drifted on the breeze.

Kleio sat down next to her and breathed in the fresh air with a smile. "Who do you think lived in the ruins here?"

"Probably ancient human priests and oracles."Cosette stretched her back and then curled up, wrapping her tail around herself.

Kleio nodded and carefully stretched her shoulders, "My ribs have been feeling a bit better" she said happily

"Very good." Cosette smiled, eyes closed. "Be careful and rest until they are fully healed, though. I don't want you to risk yourself until you are strong again."

Kleio sighed and layed down "fine"

"I'm only looking out for you." Cosette replied, enjoying the warm sun.

The young sand cat sighed and tucked her nose under her tail. She was happy to have a place where she and her sister could act like...sisters. without worry of other cats using the information to their advantage.

Kleio started to drift off but her eyes remained slightly open and she scanned the area with a small smile, she liked it here
