Name: Nyx; Meaning "night"

Rank: Gladiator Apprentice

Species: Caracal

Physical Description: Redish brown caracal with a light belly and blueish purple eyes.

Armor:
Cape: For style, Nyx likes to feel like a full fledged gladiator, so she loves her cape.
Harness: Used to hold 2 large shoulder plates in place.
Shoulder plates: These protect Nyx from blows to the shoulder and make it harder to hold onto her back, it can also be used to ram into an opponent of crush them if they are smaller.
Ankle wraps: These are mainly for style, but Nyx has a hunch they could be used for something like tying a splint to a broken leg if it was really needed.

Personality [Adventurous | Happy | Proud | Immature]

- Adventurous - Nyx loves adventure, if she thinks something or someone would lead her on an adventure she would fallow them to the ends of the earth and back. The idea of being in a real battle is probably the most exciting thing Nyx thinks could ever happen.

- Happy - The glass is always half full with Nyx, actually more than half full. She can take the bright side of something and make it seem like the only side. This can also lead her not to see the problems or dangers in a situation.

- Proud - Any little accomplishment is a big deal to Nyx, when she helps bring down prey she feels like she's queen of the world, that prey drops dead at her paws to feed her clan simply because she wishes it so. Her armor is probably the one thing she is the most proud of, if someone were to insult it they'd get a good scratch across the nose.

- Immature - Regardless of the fact that Nyx is almost four whole seasons old she is rather immature. She can be very defensive if she does something wrong and usually argues when she's told to do something she doesn't want to.

Bio: Nyx was found abandoned on ice empire territory when she was about 2 moons old, she was to young to remember her parents and adapted well to empire life. She did however know she was born an outsider and wanted nothing more than to prove she was a worthy Ice Empire cat. The day she became an apprentice was probably the happiest day ot the little caracal's life, not only did she get assigned a mentor, Arindeli, to teach her the ways of an empire gladiator, but she got really cool armor. Nyx is very proud of her armor and keeps it as clean and ready for battle as she can, though she's added a fer small dents to it herself to make it look like she's already seen the heat of battle.

At one point Nyx became bored with the Ice Empire, she was still loyal but she would spend most of her time hovering around the borders, the urge to explore pulling at her heart. One day she noticed a caracal in one of the other empires. She returned to the same spot frequently, wanting to catch another glance of this cat though she didn't know why she wanted to so badly. Eventually when the cat didn't show for a long time Nyx gave up hope, returning to spending most of her time with her own Empire, though at times she still wanders the borders, keeping one eye out for an adventure calling her name.

Arin - - She's an awesome mentor, I think I'll learn a lot from her. If only I could get her to take me out training, I know her shoulder's hurt but she can give instructions sitting down right? I don't want to be stuck in camp anymore.

Chovoli - :buletblack: - Arin spends more time with Chovoli than me, is he a better apprentice? Is she training him instead of me? Can't Arin be satisfied with just one apprentice? *sigh* I know that's probably not true, but I still cant help but feel jealous.

Amara - - she's a nice cat, I guess we could be closer friends if I bother socializing with her a bit more.
