Description
I ran farther and farther, the paw steps of other wolfs faded as they broke off from the stream of them that poured from the lab. As i went to stop, i hit the ground, the wait of another wolf crushed me. I snarled and wormed my way out of the wolfs grasp, biting the light gray paw by my cheek. I flew around and froze. the black wolf was standing there, staring at me with pale green eyes. He smiled slightly, well, a wolf smile anyways. and walked into the bushs, appearing a second later as a human. i was astounded. That wolf was handsome! The tall boy infront of my could have been a dream, his dark black hair covered his face and his skin was a dark beige. He smiled again and said "can you turn human? I cant speak to a wolf now" I nodded quickly and ran into the bushs, turning human and putting on the cloths i snagged on the way out. I walked to him again, my head only just at his shoulder. I smiled awkwardly and said " hi, and why are you following me?" I stared at him now, and he stared back, his green gaze calm. He shrugged "i dont know, you looked like you hadn't been harmed yet by them, like me" I froze "wait, what?! i wasnt harmed yet?!" I shook me head " ok, i dont rememeber ANYTHING, i need something, what month day and year is it?" He looked suprised for a second but sighed " its november 13 20-" he froze and counted with his fingers " 2018" I sighed,~good atleast im not young now and im at the legal age to kill and drive~ I laughed quietly and he raised a eyebrow "something funny?" i looked up "nope, just thinking how old i am now" He smiled " let me guess..." he stared at me for a second and then smiled "eighteen?" I smiles back "yup, you?"
"im now 20"
"woah, you dont look it"
"boy were wolfs stop ageing at eighteen"
"oh, when do i stop aging then?"
"being a girl, then last year... Congrats on being a full were!"
I smiled and looked up at the sky "well, i better go find shelter, looks like snows coming"
"mind if i tag along?"
I stared at him, my eyes wide and smiled quickly " o-, er, sure" i stuttered over the words.
I TALK IN MY SLEEP! GREAT!
" im going as a wolf, be right back"
I walked into the bushs and he nodded "same." I changed to a wolf and shook my fur out, it was getting cold and i needed my fur to keep warm.
I walked out but he was already waiting, his long black fur gleamed in the sunset. I snorted as he barked a laugh and got up. I started running and he followed, I pushed faster, pelting ahead of him. I waited as i got to the top of the hill, watching his black shape hop up the trail toward me. i snarled at him quietly "pick up the pace you slug" I trugged on ahead and slipped threw the bushes, stoping in my tracks as i stared at the view.
The forest that was there was beautiful, the trees caught the last rays of sun as it went down, the lake past that was even better, a clear blue with the sun reflected perfectly on the water. it looked like a painting. I was pushed forward and i yelped, falling down the trail slightly.
" dont call me a slug!"
"well then pick up the pace"
I stared at him, my gaze calm, I felt worried though, if we got in a fight he would win, I was no more then a sparrow compared to his size.
"also i dont know your name, so ill call you slug"
Humor lit his eyes and he barked a laugh "Shanes fine"
"ok Shane, well im Chenoah, Che for short"
Shane snorted and perked his ears.
I was covered in his fur the next second and i yelped, trying to get out from under him.
" get off me!" I kept struggleing but he just growled
"shut up, we got company"
I managed to get my head free as he lifted a leg, standing up and stepping forward.
In front of us was a wolf. but not a true wolf.
The top of the wolfs head was metal, the end was blood stained and dull, the rest was bright.
the Wolf grinned and snarled "good, i get to kill two wolfs"
Shane snarled as the wolf stepped forward, tensing above me.
I snarled with him and struggled out, standing beside him. I shot a glance at Shane and his eyes were wild, Anyone could see he wished to kill this wolf. I backed up and the Other wolf growled and Stepped forward.
Shane let out a Snarl and attacked, jumping on the other wolf and biting her shoulder.
I heard a sickening crunch and yelped as i saw Shane fly across the rocks and hit a tree, slumping on the ground in a mass of fur.
The wolf turned her blue and red gaze on me.
The hunter advanced.
