Atlas !! He's Cherry Jubilee and Dr. Cabelleron's son, he works with Juno Quark at a museum in the Crystal Empire. He's also HATES fish.
The reason why is he had an...unfortunate encounter with an ocean sunfish when he was younger. During a beach outing Cabelleron had taken him on, he decided to go diving to see if he could find any cool shells or crabs. He came face to face with......THAT THING!!!! He never forgot it and he refused to go in the water for a few years after that. Even as an adult he's still not fully over it, and cringes in disgust whenever Juno feeds her pet goldfish Mr Bubbles. Uh, rude and dramatic much Atlas?
(yes the title is a reference to Blathers from Animal Crossing, Atlas reminds me a lot of him but he can't be scared of bugs because....his boyfriend Astoria is basically a giant bug horse and that wouldn't make sense. He likes bugs a lot....fish on the other hand? EUEGH)

this art is pretty old, it was one of the first things I posted on my patreon and I'm just now getting around to posting it here~ concept art and stuff for Juno's design is also on there if you're interested, along with lots of other stuff that might eventually get posted here
