i was gonna do more but i wanted to post this before pride month was over so
some sexuality reveals for my nextgen characters !

Valentine Heartsong - lesbian, she's definitely not ashamed or hiding her sexuality but she's not exactly out and proud screaming from the rooftops either. valentine is generally not one for sharing her personal life with many people anyway, she likes to stay professional and distant unless she's very close with someone
Cortland Charm - bisexual, cortland and valentine are actually friends but he's definitely much more open with his sexuality even though he's similar to valentine in that he likes to keep his distance from others personally. unlike valentine he doesn't hesitate to disclose his sexuality to others though and is pretty open with flirting with both mares and stallions..i need to figure out his character a bit more lol
Atlas Jubilee - gay...he's definitely a bit of a closet case this one. his dad messed him up a bit regarding masculinity with his whole machismo schtick which definitely involved being a serial womanizer who doesn't catch feelings, and atlas really never could be either of those things. he's someone who loves deeply and fully, and even though he'd never admit it he's a hopeless romantic with a huge heart
Astoria Moon - nonbinary, this one is a little bit weird for me because my headcanons regarding how changeling sex and gender works aren't 100% certain but even though he goes by he/him and doesn't mind the fact he's generally referred to as male (prince, sir, ect) he doesn't exactly see himself as fitting into the traditional system of pony genders. astoria generally transcends most of the current norms of pony society..that's his thing !
