A lot of people own a dA account wihtout posting art, what about it? You can just enjoy the art of others, commission people, talk to them and make friend. A Mary Sue is a character who is, as someone would say, "too perfect". For example, if there's an OC who has the main character as a boyfriend, and some tragic thing happened, then her daughter became a Jinchurriki or something crazy like that. Or the OC has some crazy Kekkai Genkai and they take over the world with Obito. Crazy stuff like that.
They're simply perfect to the point that it could ruin a whole story and many people find them annoying.
