Compositionly wise I like how the character is the center of attention. The body is exaggerated around the waist, which isn't so bad; I like to study the waist anatomy of real women and see the differences though. Arms and hands are looking correct sized, although I'd relook at the fingers. She looks like she has webs.
Colors look a bit flat, but I noticed you started shading a bit. I think you should make shadows and highlights more prominent to give the figure more depth. You can also try playing around with different brush settings depending on what program you use.
Also look and keep in mind the line weight of her outline. The black outline is thicker in some places than others, and looks inconsistent.
Keep training and you'll get there. ^^

i did a quick color since its like the third picture I have done today And I was a tad lazy.
The outline I just tend to make it inconsistent since I like it >///> idk if others like it but I do lol
