The right eye really stands out on it. Its so pretty and bright compared to the dull right side so it pops out instantly. Then it brings your eyes to all the highlights on the left side of the body. Which, in turn, brings you to the hand grabbing her left arm. This takes you all the way around that side to the bottom of the skirt which eventually brings you back to the eye. The composition is so wonderfully done.

But there is one thing that really stands out as not belonging: the "shadow" that covers the skirt below the left arm. It competes too much with the rest of the composition and breaks the focus of the piece. I think her left arm accomplishes what you're attempting with that "shadow" so its not really needed. Its really the only thing here that jumps out as any kind of mistake. Otherwise, its a perfectly composed piece of art! Not to mention mesmerizing...
