I agree however, that sound eletric (or ki actually) would do very nicely. Although the rocks look good, floating there like on the show.

Well, there are a few good sites with wide selection of assorted tutorials for photoshop. (Don't know how recent CS is however.
[link] is a fairly good place to start, since it usually hosts them from other sites and therefore branches off fairly widely. Go into the effects section, and there are plenty of ones for speedlines and lightning if you browse.
