I was quite excited to FINALLY get the chance and photograph animals again recently! Only waterfowl, but very friendly ones that, due to their location, have very little fear of we humans that visit the park; I had a couple buddies come up to me when I happened to be taking photos near the seed dispenser, haha. I was there near (but not quite at) the golden hour, and it was great to practice photographing living, moving things; especially as someone with hand tremors, it takes a lot of high shutter speeds and concentration, seeing as I'm without a tripod right now. Animals are truly what I want my focus to be, so getting the chance to step away from just flora was super suuuuper exciting!That being said, this is a photo I'd particularly love critique on. Shooting plants is very different from animals, and I'd love advice from particularly individuals who do specialize in wildlife photography.
Thanks for checking these two mallards out; both female, in MY mind they're lesbian lovers okay lmfao. I do expect to share more photos from this shoot, so keep an eye out!
