The Ritter is an attempt to make a more stable heavy weapons platform for the liger zero. The main Weapon is the 2 Quad Barrel 120mm Energy Gatling Guns, tho a 120mm High-Density Beam Gun is used on the tail. The back of the liger houses a energy plant to power both the main weapon and its new Omni-Directional Energy Shield as well as improve the power of the strike laser claws. The Omni-Directional Energy Shield allows the liger to make a e-shield bubble around its self the drawback of this is that the bubble cannot be maintained over 150km/h or while firing its weapons, tho a forward shield or a rear shield is plausible over 150km/h but never tested as there is concern about the strain on the power plant and the zoid.

Ritter is German for Knight. the name comes from the look of the Ritter's head resembling the feathers on a knight's helm. some have also called the cas the "Schwarz Ritter" or "Black Knight"
