I think it was Fire Boy and Water Girl 3
it's a online 2 player game

I have heard about this online game and even it about a few times. It about a boy made out of fire and a girl made out of water go through an few obstacle challenges. There's some blue stuff that can kill Fire Boy, some red stuff that can kill Water Girl and green stuff that can kill both of them. There's also an animated short on YouTube similar. [link]
