Snowrt, the Pine Pokemon, travel in tightly knit herds. During blizzards, they snuggle together for warmth. Males have larger antlers than females with more prongs, and often headbutt other males to assert dominance... However, this Pokemon is incredibly docile, and any aggression shown is usually purely for fun. Trainers can easily approach this Pokemon, but be warned-- A trainer with a Huskiron will spook these Pokemon away, as they are their main predator. Snowrt are found in the high mountains and cool forests, foraging for berries and grass; These Pokemon don't eat much during the winter, adapting easily to survival situations.

Snowrt are herbivorous, and will refuse to eat anything that isn't a plant.
Snowrt will protect their young and their herd with their lives, often sacrificing themselves to a predator.
The name Snowrt comes from "Snow" and "Snort".
Females shed their antlers during the warmer months, while males do not.
The green part on their backs is actually a thick coat of moss, which they can eat if they need to. It grows back slowly.
Snowrt will often approach trainers in trouble and lay down next to them to keep them warm.
Some Snowrt will be found with nests in their antlers-- They let flying type Pokemon make their homes in them.
