unpack this file (Tango_for_XFCE_by_p0ngbr.bz2) on your $HOME/.themes dir (/home/p0ng/.themes for example)
$ mkdir -p .themes (create if doesn't exists)
$ cd .themes
$ tar -jxvf Tango_for_XFCE_by_p0ngbr.bz2
now choose it on xfce settings (window border)

Nice looking theme.
Though would it be too hard to get it to pick up the GTK skin's colours instead of providing multiple colour schemes?

They're OK for me. Sometimes I don't use buttons at all
