i dont say that this is bad because you used base bc i used bases too. but the thing how it turned out..... isnt good. first of all, you should draw hair and everything you drew with the same line that her skin is. (sorry if this sounds hard to understand, english isnt my first language) then these black lines really doesnt look good on this. maybe its just me but still, its not so horrible but it could be much better.
