Stinky is a genetically enhanced skunk.
Born in North Carolina, Stink's parents were shot by a nasty hunter. He was then taken to S.O.U.P. HQ for a rouge experiment. The experiment mutated him, giving him human intelligence and a powerful spray. He became one of S.O.U.P.'s mascots.
