for handpainting its pretty sweet.
reason i really love it is because you can set the navigation to be similar to zbrush.

Thats pretty sweet:0 I've done retopo in zbrush a few times and it can be painful. I've tried 3dcoat once and it was pretty nice. Trying to justify getting it. Maybe I shall now:0 So you can do the hold alt left click drag for zoom in 3dcoat?

Very strong piece. Only minor complaint is the rust, more on the bottom ring. Looks like the wood texture is bleeding in.
But that's a minor nitpick. Very well done. Keep at it, mate. Envy your skil.

And wouldn't the rust and wear be around the edges? Where the blade is likely making all it's contact with moisture? Unless this is a knife for swatting people?
