I have to say, this is a pretty interesting concept to go with the designs, having them become powerful Inhumans and the new Royal Family. So, does this mean that the FF would have Inhuman genes within their DNA even with their original powers? It would make sense given how the Terrigenesis would enhance their original powers when they turn into Inhumans. Having them become the new Royal Family I think would give them a new sense of leadership and responsibility as the new representatives of an entire race.
Although, how does Susan gain Medusa's ability to control her long hair? Does she just happen to gain this ability when she goes through Terrigenesis?
Also, with Reed's new ability to extend his body, would his new, enhanced abilities and him being equal to a cosmic entity give him a sense of almost god-like perception (even with the antenna to help keep it under control)? I would imagine that even with his new sense of power, he would still care deeply about his family, especially his romantic love for Susan.
Again, I think this is a great concept with a lot of potential, and I like the designs that you created for their Inhuman appearances, especially with them keeping the '4' symbol as a way of showing people that they are still the Fantastic Four. Well done.

Originally, terrigenesis worked on any organism but this was later retconned.
If you read Earth X, youβll get a feel of what it would be like if everyone in the world had powers.

thank you! of course all this should be developed, but im glad you liked the idea, because it comes from FF history and their deep relation with inhumans

You're welcome! Yeah, I think this could all be developed, and maybe you and I can develop it and flesh it out together. I didn't realize that the FF had a deep relation with the Inhumans in the comics, that makes this even more interesting.

Yes, something like this is what the fantastic four needs. A complete over haul, top to bottom.

I dig this, only problem is that they're way too over-powered.

Earthing (Ben Grimm): Ben can turn into a giant rock creature as double powerful as the then known Thing. Also he can control rock and stones to add to his monstrous body
When I first saw the Fantastic Four as a kid, I'd already seen SPIDER-MAN & HIS AMAZING FRIENDS with the Sandman episode. So I assumed, given his interlocked rock appearance, that the Thing was a similar being, but with rocks and pebbles instead of just sand. I keep waiting for that with every reboot or alternate universe version of him.

True, but I think it would be interesting to see a story where that transformation plays out.
