The Patient claims she is insane and unstable. After analysis I have came to this conclusion.

Sarah... Harperfoxie as she likes to be referred to is extremely sensitive, especially to ‘Tickling’ on the soles of her feet. Deeper research is needed.

Daily Routine for next 4 weeks: -

Wake at 8 Am – Keep subject in bed restraint and tickle feet with stiff feather

10 am – allow rest and breakfast.

11 am bring to my personal chamber and secured into ‘The Chair’

5 pm – Come collect Subject and allow rest and exercise.

7pm secure back onto her bed and inform me when task is done.

10 pm I shall leave for home.
