Okay, this is my first comment on your work so far so I'll start with this one of Lissa.
I'll be honest that the artwork and style's a bit messing given that it would seem that your hand seemed to be shaking a bit but otherwise you did a good job. Sure yeah, the hands need work BUT I can tell that the effort that you put into it that you can improve with time and practice. I could see from the coloring and shading that you were really working hard on trying to make this picture for Lissa. I can also see that you caught her happy expression well on this picture as her mouth really shows it too as she hugs her belly carrying her child. You didn't make it typically round but make it normal.
All in all, you did a good job on this drawing man and I hoped to see more like this in the future. Laters.

Honestly there's so little artwork of any FE character with a big belly. I think Tharja is the most popular subject but there's only a small handful of drawings depicting her with a belly.
