I wanted to draw water effects. Unfortunatly i could'nt remember how to do the rain effect properly so I drew it on myself... still turned out nice though I think. ^-^I quite like this, since today was officially the first day of spring it seems to show off that bit of spring that everyone kind of dislikes, but was always one of my favorite things about it.
-Always reminds me of the movie, Bambi. "Drip,Drip,Drop, little April showers." That was always my favorite part in that movie because of the rain put so nicely with the pretty song. -leans back in a daydream-
I think i'll go watch that movie sometime this weekend xD
So yea, wanted to make Kenny extra-cute in this one. ^w^
-but who's the little baby Eevee?.......
