EROS is the mischievous god of love, a minion (sometimes a son) and constant companion of the goddess Aphrodite . Eros is depicted as either a handsome youth or as a child, sometimes winged. His attributes were varied: from the usual bow and arrows, to the gifts of a lover. The most reknowned myth concerning him is his love story with the mortal girl Psyche.
