well I haven't used it nearly enough yet. I didn't get many oppurtunities in AK with crappy weather and all. But it's a sweet lens. I'll get some use out of it eventually. I just havent been taking many photos lately. Too busy trying to get a job

It was pretty windy that day if I remember correctly. It's usually always windy out there that time of year. The eagles out there are really relaxed. It's not hard to get close to them at all. Thanks for the comment

they practiacally fly into me out there. There were times where i could have reached out and pet a few of them. But I didn't want one to rip my hand off
