Another doodle trying out some more techniques, mostly just trying some different body shapes for my fat positive girls, and trying to make the fat feel softer and sqooshy.

Today's subject is a fat fey spirit or rather a half-fey. As a fey, her true name has no words as we know it, but she describes it as "the sound of a seedling breaking the surface for the first time in cool spring soil", however she has accepted the name "Germina" in the tradition of humans. She is a rather unique individual, as humans and fey spirits rarely intermingle in the modern age, most humans having long lost the ability to see and feel the magic of he natural world. She was born to the union between the fey spirit of a mossy glen in an ancient forest and her lover a human, neo-pagan, and natural biologist woman named Felicine. The science of the birth is poorly understood, and most people who hear about it claim it's just a hoax, but her and her mothers know that she was born of their mystical union, and her horn is certainly evidence to suggest supernatural forces, although doctors claim it is merely a birth defect akin to a bony tumor.

She has been raised by both of her mothers in their respective traditions, both human and fey, and she has a supernatural and deep seated respect for, and sensitivity to the flow of the natural world. She spends most of her time with her fey mother, wandering deep in the woods communing with nature, and occasionally returns to Felicine's hovel to bring her data and observations that pertain to her research as a biologist/botanist. Her fey side is very strong, and she has very little care for things that most humans obsess over like money, entertainment, or civilization, although Felicine has urged her to at least obtain an education in botany or biology so that she can help the natural world defend itself from the dangers of human industrialization. She is also very shy amongst humans like her fey kindred, though as she possesses a permanent physical body she cannot simply vanish like a full blooded fey, and often exhibits what would be considered signs of intense social anxiety such as fidgeting, blushing, avoiding eye contact, stammering, etc. Her fey spirit is one of spring, growth, new life, and general fertility, and it shows itself in her demeanor of perpetual energy and joy, and her large, chubby body brimming with life. She rarely interacts with humans, aside from the occasional visit to the local small town, or conversation with traveling nature lovers or wiccan/neo-pagans that revere her for her ties to the fey world.
