FIXED!!!Thanks a lot for everyone who commented in my previous deviation, it was really helpful.
Now I'm separating the parts of the hair, lock by lock, strand by strand then give it bones and maybe ask someone to help me out with physics~
Yeah this is for a model so keep up if you wanna see the final model
