Description
An alternate variant of the Cartoon PAC-MAN design I used previously, but this one more closely resembles the Yamashita design. However, this one has noodle arms & legs. That aside, the noodle limbs were meant to be for when was still in its sketch phase, but then decided to make to the final variant cause I never did something like this before. Also it's "Microsoft" PAC-MAN because the bg is based on the XBLA/XB360 port of PUCKMAN (the OG PAC-MAN).
