it feels like summer, because of the sharp shadows and bright light, and the air is too clear, it usually a bit misty in winter days. so it makes me feel warm, despite of cold colors.
this watercolor looks very nice, i like it very much.
do you make sketches before painting, or is it watercolor from the start?

Well, it does use cold colours ("cold colours"), but that isn't how it feels to me. I do love blues. This painting makes me think more of skies than of ice, if you want. I like your water-colours very much! Bravo.
