I wanna yell hippocampus but idk it is one. But the color scheme and overall look is beautiful. I like the tentacles since I only see so few do them and not fins. Very nicely done.

This is amazing! The contrast between the warm colors and the blue is well done, the color scheme flows perfectly.
The almost whimsical form of the "sea horse" and the tentcales definitely show movement and convey the gracefulness that being underwater would give it.
