the fire can only burn for so longtill it has little passion left to burn
Trying to keep it going
only causes pain
what to do?
it was a bright little flame
an earthly northern star
now only the glowing embers are left
who will kindle the fire now?
ignore it, let it burn out
no more light, no more heat
or feed it watch it grow
let it burn anew
choices huh?
Why would we keep this fire going?
When the fire itself knows the end is near
why keep it going, burning?
Then again
why let it burn out in the beginning?
