Description
In the Renegade AU, there are multiple locations that each attempt to recreate what happened at hurricane as it was happening.

This was a complected process, prone to mistakes, and sometimes, when someone apparently dies before their time, that can cause problems, but can ultimately save the lives of many others, including the person whose existence was kept a secret. Such is the case of Jane Taylor. The only surviving child of Vincent Taylor.

Jane's mum, Noire Taylor, lied about having a miscarriage and having to have a still birth in 1987, shortly after the deaths of her two sons. Having read up some news regarding the Aftons, she found that William had a daughter, Elizabeth. Further research showed that the girl died as a result of an aledged malfunction of circus baby. Knowing that if her daughter's existence was known to the world that she would likely suffer the same fate, it was safer to lie and keep the living child a secret than risk another death.

Having spent the first ten years of her life homeschooled and forbidden from going outside alone, she wasn't the most social of kids. She spent her nights looking at the stars, wondering if this was what life was supposed to be like.

When Freddy's closed when she was ten, she was finally able to have a normal life. She caught up very quickly where education was concerned, but making friends was difficult. She managed to get by. Besides, the world was scary to her, but less scary now that she had a dad and a fee people she could call friends, where before she had no-one.

She learend how to fight from her dad, Vincent Taylor, who gifted her his spare katana, teaching her how to deal with animatronics. He also taught her how to properly tend to a garden, and a hell of a lot about plants and flowers.

Even though she only knew her dad for three years, she was devastated when he went missing and was found dead, but that grief was short lived when she snuck into the abandoned restaurant on the way home from school and found her dad in his new undead state.

Growing up with an undead dad that she couldn't talk about lest get called crazy or psycho was tough, but her mother was friends with her dad's former colleagues, so she had some friends, and wound up babysitting Julian and befriending Theren.

As an adult, she studied astrophysics, and took on a lone wolf kind of attitude, seldom talking to strangers and rarely getting involved with other people and even rarer, letting people get involved with her. Not wanting her dad's past to haunt her, she generally avoids anything Freddy's related.

Her few friends only ask her to help with solving anything Freddy's related if they need her specific skills or if she is in danger, whitch to Jane's dismay, happens far more frequently than she'd like.

Being the daughter of Vincent Taylor, she finds behind her a constant looming shadow of a humanoid animatronic, hiding just out of eyesight. Something that wants her to meet the fate she should have had years ago.

"So, this is what you trained me to fight? Who is she? What is she? And why does she want me dead so badly that even my colleagues know of her danger. If I can just fight like you taught me, I should be fine, right dad?"
