Description

You may remember a crossover I proposed about three years ago.

Well, it's back.

IFZRF, known as International fandom zombie response force to me as the name of this mega crossover, and referred to as international frontline zombie response force inside the AU and to the characters. It's essentially a massive crossover, spanning approximately seven or eight different fandoms. Not all of them will appear here, but I just wanted to say that I'm giving all those big movie companies a run for their money here with the scope of this crossover.

The main aspect of the crossover is that it's a Resident Evil crossover, so the main plot of all related things is "main protagonist of the games in the crossover fights zombies". The only main characters that don't really show up are those from RE itself because I want to give the characters that I'm crossing in a bigger spotlight.

This specific drawing is a crossover of FNAF, Resident Evil, and BATIM, and I thought I'd write a short story to go with it, to make the crossovers a bit more apparent.

"We're outside. What the hell happened in there? Some of them are outside, and one of our problems is here too. Those - things - seem to be coming from under the door, but I guess you'd know more about them than I ever will." Krasnyy screamed into his earpiece, hoping that the man on the other end would hear him. A few seconds after he finished talking, he got a reply.

"Yeah, sorry. Things went south pretty quickly. I'll get the mission complete, and they should stop. In the meantime, keep the outside secure. We don't want any of them getting out. Just be glad that when these things die, they don't come back." The man on the other end was called Henry Stein. He must have been over a hundred by now at least, but how he stayed looking and acting fifty wasn't something that anyone at the International frontline zombie response force wanted to know.

"Right, and how the hell are we supposed to know that they aren't all the same one?" Krasnyy sounded more scared than angry, but then again, being calm when faced with zombies isn't something that is done easily. And before anyone could reply, Mike shrieked as he ducked under the fleshy sythe of the parasite that had taken over the metal carcass of Bonnie.

"I don't care about the differences! We just need to kill them before they kill us!"

Krasnyy nodded in agreement, turning his focus to the inky blobs that were seeping from under the door and out into the street. Without a second thought, he filled the strange semi-liquid being with bullets.

It had been five years since the IFZRF was started up, and five years since the corpses inside the animatronic suits at Freddy's had become infected. Both Krasnyy and Mike considered themselves lucky that they and their friends had managed to survive and find this organisation, but things hadn't been the same since. Zombies had been popping up left right and centre, all over the globe. This was just one of many instances of the same thing, over and over again. You become numb to the horror of the situation after a while, but the shock and fear of death never changes.

This mission was to a rather perculiar animation studio from the 30's. Many of the workers there went missing, so who knows what other things rested in those walls, but now was no time to worry about their mission. Now was the time to focus on making sure the street was secure from whatever zombies crawled from under that door, and whatever zombies followed them there.

Krasnyy snapped back to reality to the sound of his headset going off again. He pressed his finger to the button, and said "Hello?" And then Henry Stein replied.

"If you see an ink zombie that looks like it has a cresent moon shaped head, run. I don't know where it is, or if it can even escape, but I know that it can't be killed until I've done what I need to do down here."

Krasnyy was rather confused, so asked a question.

"Why can't we kill it?"

"Because it regenerates, and it regenerates fast. Just evacuate the area if it shows up, but I doubt it will leave the building. Better safe than sorry though."

"Alright, I'll keep that in mind."

Krasnyy shot at another one of those strange faceless monsters as Mike continued to fire at the fleshy parasite known simply as Zombie Bonnie. More of the faceless inky droned seeped from under the door, and Krasnyy fastened his fingers on the trigger to dispatch them.

This was going to be a long night.
