O-tay like i said with WoL drawing chibi armor is hard! And Cecil's expression is really my own when i say his amor i was like " OMG there are a lot of places on that armor that can pinch your skin and pull your hair....also he is a guy and the most armor he is wearing is around THAT area..."Yeah those are my thoughts on him! I don't own FF Dissidia!

Well, think of Dark Knight Cecil as a demon. The armor does look demotic enough.
...I'm not sure if that will help, but make the demon look cute?
