To try to make up for my lack of posts, here's another painting. I'm kinda annoyed with how the bird turned out, so maybe I'll go back to try to fix that.Related content

The bird does seem to take away the focus from the girl but only for a little moment, the girl hair really did managed to grab my attention. It wonderful that you're using the negative space for the girl and it intrigues me as the face is partially hidden. And the ornaments is pretty interesting with such a wonderful details too and somehow I could relate it back to the bird in flight. Beautiful painting and composition^^
