This is Frankie from the Electronic Virus line of urban vinyl. I got it at kidrobot in New York several years ago.

This is one of my "shelf-diver" figures... and in one of his travels off my shelf onto the floor, one of his points on his hat and the wick from the bomb snapped off. I lost the pieces, but recently he underwent surgery in the pairadocs toy lab... so he's all fixed up now.

I love this figure... because I love irony.
